1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by ALCAS DIGITAL MARKETING AGENCY ("the Agency"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Description of Services

ALCAS DIGITAL MARKETING AGENCY provides a range of digital solutions, including but not limited to:

• Website Development and Design
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Social Media Marketing
• CRM Implementation and Automation
• Digital Branding and Strategy

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary assets (logos, images, text) required for the successful completion of projects. Delays in providing these materials may impact project timelines.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in individual project proposals or service agreements. Unless otherwise stated, a deposit is required before project commencement. Recurring services (maintenance, marketing retainers) are billed monthly in advance.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, ownership of the final digital assets (websites, designs) will be transferred to the Client. The Agency retains the right to showcase the completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place.

6. Limitation of Liability

ALCAS DIGITAL MARKETING AGENCY will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or the performance of digital assets provided.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive business information shared during the course of the engagement.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice, subject to the terms specified in the individual project contract.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically within the jurisdiction of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
